Serving a vast selection of unique ciders, from single variety specials to proper local brews, wine by the carafe and a mouth watering range of home-made Dorset pizzas and pies, it’s a totally new concept that brings the best of the West Country to the table.

The Stable at The Bull is situated in the hotel's historic stable block at the rear of the hotel.  The Hayloft (above The Stable) is a great venue for private parties with more room, more pizza and more cider!

The Stable on the Quay, opened February 2012, is situated above the Harbour Masters office in Weymouth. Expect the same great food, great cider, legendary atmosphere and fabulous harbour views just in time for The Olympics.
